I'm sooooooo glad he's running for President. He's the best politician to come along in a long time.

I'll definitely be voting for him in 2008 (I'll finally be old enough!).

personally i don't really like either canidate but i'm not very fond of obama he has a total of 2 years political expierence.

Plus he makes alot of promises that he won't be able to keep once in office. Like pulling out of Iraq people want to hear that but strategically it's just not possible with out directly causeing a threat to the US in the future.

His plan with the economy seems great cut taxes for middle and lower classes increase for upper in 2000 and 2004 these would have been great because our country and economy was thriving but in 2008 in the middle of a recession where people already are getting laid off (like my father) putting pressure on busnesses with tax isn't going to solve anything. If anything make it worse because it will tighten there budgets even more lowering the ability for college students and people who are layed off to get jobs. I'd rather take getting a 40,000 dollar a year salary than a 1,500 tax break.

But mccain doesn't do anything to impress me so I don't know who to choose I may just vote Nader.... nah

I just dont like presidents in general. To me it seems that once your elected you dont get to be human any more. That any thing you do gets you critized. Bush got bashed cause his daughters partied. But so does everyone else. Im worried that with Obama that they are going to try to hard to push the first african american president thing which could ruin chances for future african american that want to run. Or that so fatcat congressman will push that over any mistake he might make blocking him from reproccussions. He`s deffently got his work cut out for him thats for sure.
