Kay, from now on, when I buy comics, I'll post the names of them all, and rate them out of 5! Anyone can do this, I'm doing it, cause I like making reviews!

Here is a list of all the Comics I bought this week! Time to fill out the report card and grade these suckers:

DC

Countdown #51 [A] - Excelletnt read! Good artwork! Loved it!

Marvel

Marvel Zombies Dead Days [A] - Another good one! Gorey, but I love the Marvel Zombies universe!

The New Avengers #30 [A] - GREAT ISH! Bendis really did good with this one! The identity of Ronin was great! I'm pyshed to see him on the team!

Wolverine Origins #14 [B-] - Pretty solid, but I needed more of Wolvie's son! Still good, just wanted more of his kid!

Tunderbolts #114 [A-] - Some good action, would have liked more Norman, but ah well! Great set up to the end of the arc!

Ultimate Power #5 [A] - I loved the writing, and the atwork is awesome! Always feel like it's a bit short, but all around A material!

Amazing Spider-Man #540 [A+] We have an A+! Spider-Man is badass and I can't wait till he kills Kingpin! What an ending! This series is honestly one of the best on the market today! AMAZING ISSUE!!!!!

Ghost Rider #11 [A+] I really loved the conclusion of this arc! I loved how GR took care of Jack'o! GR is incredibly great! I like this series more every issue!

Punisher War Journal #7 [B-] Eh, it was okay, I'm still reading it a little, but it's a meh for me!

Black Panther #27 Pretty solid, and I LOVED the ending! I can't say too many bad things about this ish! It wasn't the best of the buch, but far from being the worst!

Spider-Man and the Fantastic Four #2 [A] It's just fun to read an ish that takes place way before this CW madness! A classic team up that I love!

[b]
ODD COMICS OUT

Friday the 13th #6 [A+] Amazing conclusion to a GREAT series! I am a big fan of the movies, and the series was the goriest thing I've ever read! There were organs, and nudity! I really liked it though! Well written and it felt like the movies!

THAT'S ALL FOLKS!

This week's best Comic-Book award goes to...

Amazing Spider-Man #540!!!!!! Everything about this issue rocked! I loved how I felt Peter's emotions! Packed a powerful punch indeed! GO SPIDEY!!

I got:
Annihilation Saga
Nova #2
New Avengers #30
Thunderbolts #114
Black Panther #27
Punisher War Journal #7 (both covers)
Ghost Rider #11
Amazing Spider-Man #540
Ultimate Power #5
Marvel Zombies: Dead Days

I totally agree that Spider-Man was a Must Have. Straczynski is now one of my favorite comic book writers because of this.
Now Dead Days really got to me. It was really intense and sooo messed up! I felt bad for this universe and especially Spidey! I mean, here in 616 he feels like a turd because someone shot Aunt May, but in here he eats May and Mary Jane! That is way to radical for me to comprehend... Very well done, Kirkman and Phillips!
I also thought GR wasn't that very good. I mean, the army just died so damn quickly! I really wanted to see what GR could do! I felt cheated somehow...

Ultimate Power 5: B

Yes, that's all I got, I'm on a VERY strict budget, because I'm saving up for a trip to Universal Studios and Disney World this summer with my girlfriend. I need 348 dollars by the end of June!

Here is theis week's comic-books that I bought! Grade time!

MARVEL

The Ultimates 2 #13 [A+] - What can I say? This book absolutley rocked! Froma helluva great story to Byran Hitch's amazing 8 pages spread, this puppy had it all! Thor never kicked more ass! He really shined here! And then the Hawkeye part! I won't spoil it, but it shocked me! I LOVED that scene! And then the flashback at the end, almost made me cry! It was unbelievable! What an issue! Never will be beat! One word to sum this comic up- SPECTACULAR! Nuff' said!

Ultimate Spider-Man #109 [A] - Another gem by my favorite creative team in comics! Kingpin is a dirty guy! Daredevil was awesome in this issue! Poor MK! The art and coloring was really impressive! I can't wait to see how this pans out! USM has been amazing lately!!!!

Ultimate X-Men #82 [B-] - Eh, I wasn't nuts for this ish! I liked the last few better! The Morlocks were kinda cool! The art, was kinda meh, for me! The story was all-right, I guess! The line-up of the new X-Men seems like it's gonna be kinda strange! I'm not sure if I like the ireaction this is going! I still liked the issue, but it was NOT one of the best UXM issues!

Fallen Son: The Death of Captain America #3- Captain America [A+] - I loved this issue! Hawkeye was so dead on when he was talking to Iron Man! I loved how he went against Tony! Hawkeye rocks!! I loved the art too! John Romita JR. can draw! He is one of the best artists ever!! Another gem here! Everything was perfect!!!!

Moon Knight #10 [A+] - LOVED IT!!!! More than the last ish, if taht's possible! The conversation between Punisher and MK was great! Seeing MK' deceased brother again! WOW! Then the Profiler made his return in this ish! He is such an ass! Every ish seems to get better! And is Iro Man gona show in the next ish? Looks that way! Should be quite interesting! Very Fine issue! Good work!

X-Men First Class Special [B-] I love this series! This is a set up for the ongoing series! This ish was nowhere near as god as the mini-series! There is one big reason! The regualr artist did not draw this one! It was more cartoony! Luckily the main artist will return for the ongoing! I missed him here! Still good plot, but needed better art! Pretty solid, I'd say!

The Mighty Avengers #3 [B+] - Din not like this one anywhere near as much as last ish, but it was still great! It was still a very good comic-book! Bendis did a good job and the art was crisp! The Sentry really shined here I thought! I think this issue needed to explain more! I wnated more answers to this Ultron mystery! But all in all, a good read!

Uncanny X-Men #486 [A-] - I have enjoyed this arc thus far! I still liked the arc! A ton of action is this one! Maybe too much? Some scenes were a little confusing! Anyways, big revelations make this a must READ! Wait till' you see what happens to Prof X.!!!!!!!! And there are some sad parts here! Real good ish! Almost seems to be a set-up for a Starjammers series! Good issue!

DC

JLA #9 [B-] - Eh, it was okay! I'm not sure if I'm digging the "Lighning Sage" arc or not! It was not my favorite book this week, that's for sure! Still a decent book, but not a great issue this time!

Batman #665 [A] - WOW! Good issue! Now this is one of my favorite Batman issues in quite a while! Grant Morrison really knows how to write Batman! He might be my favorite Batman writer nowadays! And having a big name like Andy Kubert penning this only made me enjoy it more! He is a great artist! Really, this is one I'd reccomened! VERY good issue! DC's best this week, besides Countdown!

All-Star Batman and Robin, The Boy Wonder #5 [D] - Uh... huh? I waited through a whole YEAR of delays on this book, only to be treated to one of the worst Batman comics ever made? I respect Frank Miller! The man wrote some great Batman stories in his life, Sin City, 300; but he musta fell off his rocker!!!! I do not understand how you can write my favorite character in DC, like that! Just like the last 4 issues of this series, Batman is crazy! Crazier than MK! He laughs and almost kills criminals! He swears a lot! He forces Robin to eat Rats! Even the JLA in this issue were crazy! Wonder Woman was nutso too! WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THIS COMIC? The only reason I even read it anymore, is Jim Lee! He is one of my top 5 favorite artists in all of comics! This comic was horrible!!

Countdown #50 [A] - The art was great! The story is great! The Joker was in this one! He was great! I fear the worst for poor Jimmy Olsen! This book is hot so far! Another weekly series, DC is doing it again! And it's just as good as 52 was! Kudos DC! Great job! Absolutely loved this one!!!!!!!

That's it!! Now I have to pick my comic-book of the week! Every comic I pick will be in the running for the comic of the month! Spider-Man #540 is in the running! Time to add another!

My pick of the month is:

THE ULTIMATES 2 #13!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How could I not pick it? After 7 months of waiting, this book blew me away! It lived up to the hype! Nothing short of a masterpiece, is what it was!!!!!

Another week of comic-books! GRADING TIME!

MARVEL

Captain America #26 [A+] - Great issue! Good seeing The Falcon again! And it was still sad! Leaves you wondering what the Red Skull is up to, though! Really the writing was superb, and the art was perfect! Plus Bucky wants to kill Tony Stark!?!? YAY!!!!!!!

Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man Annual #1 [A+] - WOW! I thought it would be a good issue! But I never expected it to be this awesome! It was amazing! It made me feel really bad for Sandman when he was growing up! He had a rough life! This is the perfect origin of The Sandman! I loved this issue, more than I thought I would! Peter david is a talented man! The way a comic-book can make me feel anger or sadness, or just any emotion at all is strange! But that is what a good writer should do! GREAT ISSUE!!

She-Hulk #18 [B+] - I recommned this issue if you are reading Hulk as of late! It ties things perfectly in with #106 of Hulk! I enjoyed it! Now it wasn't the best of the bunch this week, but it was well worth the money! Dan Slott is a very good writer and I think he did a good job here!

X-Men #199 - A good wrap up to the arc, but this arc was not my favorite of X-Men! I can't wait for 200! Looks MAJOR! This arc was kinda wild for me! It left me with more questions than answers and I felt like it was rushed! I mean it was good, but I would have liked more story! It wasn't long enough, of a arc!

Fantastic Four #546 [B] - Another good issue of FF, except I thought too many things were going on at once! It was hard to follow in some parts! Still a good issue, just hope next one will kinda take it easy or something! Man my head is still spinning from all the crazy crap that happened in this issue!

[b]DC

Wonder Woman #9 [A+] - Wow, Wonder Woman has been getting better with every passing month! One of the best series out there right now! The writing has been superb! I fell like the writer, Jodi Picoult, really knows how to write my favorite girl in comics! The art has also been consistently astounding! The current storyline, has been VERY interesting andI can't wait to see where it goes from here on out! A couple of months ago, I was thinking about dropping this book! Now my mind is made up! No way in hell! This series is amazing!

Countdown #49 [A] - Another great issue! Countdown has been very good and I applaud DC for making another weekly series, so damn awesome! Almost felt a little short, but not really! Still plenty of action for my buck! Something big is coming towards the DC universe and I can't wait to see what DC is Counting down too!

That's it!! Now I have to pick my favorite comic-book of the week! Every comic I pick will be in the running for the comic of the month! Amazing Spider-Man #540 is in the running! The Ultimates 2 #13 is also in the running! Time to add another!

My favorite comic-book of the week is:

Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man Annual #1

This comic connected me in an emotinal way! I felt for the character and just felt what he was feeling! If he was feeling sad, so was I! If he was angry, I was pissed! It suprised me how great this book was written and drawn! An amazing read that should not be missed!

There so now, one more comic-book will be added to May's comics of the month next week and then I will pick a winner!

Here are the 3 that are in the running now:

Amazing Spider-Man #540
The Ultimates 2 #13
Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man Annual #1

Last week of comic-books for the month of May! It's GRADIN' TIME!!!!!!!

MARVEL

Ultimate Fantastic Four #42 - [A] - WHOA! I LOVED this issue! Know I did enjoy the Diablo arc, and all, but THIS one, this one REALLY made me happy! This is the best issue of UFF in months! I loved it a TON! Buy this ish! Seriously!

The New Avengers: Illuminati #3 - - Yeah it was pretty good and all, I still liked #! and 2 a tiny bit better! The Beyonder was weird, kinda seemed different from the old one I knew! It was good! Bendis is very talented, althoug this was NOT his best work in my opinion! The art was superb though! All around well worth the money!

Wolverine #54 - [C] - Wolverine has been weird for me thus far! This arc is wild! VERY confusing! Worst comic this week! The current arc concludes next ish, then hopefully Wolverine will be better after that! The CW arc of Wolvie was AMAZING! I miss that creative team!

[b]DC

Justice Sociery of America #6- [B] - Pretty solid actually! WAY better than the recent JSA issues! Unfortunatey this was the last ish of JSA that I will be buying! I only wanted this, because it ties into JLA! But really good issue, sad to say I'm done with the series, but it was a good run!

Amazons Attack #2 - [A-] - SOLID! ACTION PACKED! Great stuff and material! I really enjoyed it! It goes in with my Wonder Woman series and lately this has been GREAT! Can't wait to see where this goes here on out!

Green Lantern #20 - [B+] - Green Lantern (Hal Jordan) is one of my top 3 favorite DC books! This issue, like the last 2, was good, but I WANT THE MAIN ARTIST BACK! I can't remeber his name, because I am being forgetful now, but he was my favorite artist at DC and in my top 10 list of all time! Hopefully he will return soon! Story was great as always, just miss the regular artist! Geoff Johns is my favorite writer in DC! He IS SO GOOD!

Countdown #48 - [B+] - Good ish as always, just not as good as the last 3! Still a great book, just didn't like this one as much! Still some interesting things going on in this ish! And don't get me wrong! This issue was NOT bad! Not in any way! Just not as good as the A material in the last 3 issues!

Now, let's pick my book of the week, to qualify for book of the month...

Ultimate Fantastic Four #42!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LOVED THIS ONE! Very well done, I thought! Cannot wait for the next one! This had it all! Reed's jerky father, Johnny's little make out special, Silver Surfer's comin' to Earth, and all the drama and humor we could ask for! And THING IS ORANGE AGAIN! YES!!!!!!! Great, great, great issue!

Now I have to pick a winner!!! My favorite comic-book of May!

Here are the 4 that are in the running:

Amazing Spider-Man #540
The Ultimates 2 #13
Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man Annual #1
Ultimate Fantastic Four #42

Aw, crap. I knew I was missing a book! Illuminati #3!! Aw, well...

I thought UFF #42 was perfect!! And, man, I have to give big props for the art made by Pasqual and Justin Ponsor!! Ponsor's second only to the master of colorists: Richard Isanove.

Silent War #5 was incredible!! The Inhumans kicked the crap out of the Mighty Avengers!! Meanwhile, Medusa's acting freaking crazy!! I can't get enough of the art! Irving's art is truly amazing!!
